1962 Daily Missals

Credo has obtained a number of 1962 Daily Missals and will have them on-hand for sale to Credo Members at the June Forum for $50 each. The normal retail price of this missal is $55 + shipping, so this saves you about $10. We will take orders for more if we run out. The missal is available in Black or White flexible leather.

Produced with the cooperation of the Priestly Fraternity of St. Peter, this 2,200+ page missal is based on the Daily Missal and Liturgical Manual published by Laverty & Sons, Leeds, England in 1960 and has been fully revised and updated. The production quality is excellent, with all the text and artwork being digitally produced. This is not a photographic reproduction with fuzzy print and smeared graphics -- the typesetting is all new. It really is nice. And of course, it uses all the T-Forms (Thee, Thou, whilst, wouldst). The language is very much like the Lasance missals you may have seen or even used. The Foreword and Imprimatur are from the Most Reverend Fabian W. Bruskewitz, Bishop of Lincoln, Nebraska, whom Credo was honored to have speak with us two years ago. For a complete list of features, look at this link.

Bringing in quality religious speakers from out of town is expensive. Credo must cover airfare, hotel bills, meals, gratuity, etc..

We usually lose money on our forums. Fortunately for us, our members bail us out with their dues. We want to continue to keep our forums as affordable as possible.

If you have received a renewal notice, please renew your membership.

If you are not a member but would like to join, the cost of the annual membership is only $12.00 for an individual and $15.00 per family.

June 5, Fr. Joseph M. Bisig on “The Pope, the Vatican and the FSSP"

Credo of the Catholic Laity is proud to present:

Father Joseph M. Bisig

Speaking on the Topic
“The Pope, the Vatican and the FSSP"

On Sunday, June 5th, 6:00PM at the
Radisson Hotel
7750 Carondelet Blvd.
Clayton MO.

Credo's June Forum speaker has a very interesting background. He was ordained a priest in June of 1977 by Archbishop Marcel Lefebvre. From 1979 -1986 he was Rector of the Seminary in Zaitzkofen Germany. Msgr. Klaus Gamber, a good friend of Prof. Joseph Ratzinger, was a teacher there.

In 1982 Father Bisig was elected a member of the general Counsel of the Society of Pius X. He left the society in 1988 when Archbishop Lefebvre consecrated four bishops against the will of the Holy Father.

He was a founder of the Priestly Society of St. Peter and served two terms as its Superior General from 1988 to 2000. In this function he was appointed as an auditor to the European Synod in Oct. 1999 by Pope John Paul II.

Father Bisig studied dogmatic theology in Rome from 2001 to 2004 which concluded with a license in Theology (S.T.L.) He is currently Vice Rector of the F.S.S.P. Seminary and teacher for Dogmatic in Denton Nebraska.

As a founder and Superior General of the Fraternity of St. Peter, Father Bisig has made many trips to Rome and had met with the late Pope John Paul II and the current Pope Benedict XVI on a number of occasions. His most recent trip to Rome was in April of this year.

Father Bisig has a story you don’t want to miss. For more information, call (314)-894-0357.
