The Most Reverend James Vann Johnston Jr. was was appointed the sixth Bishop of Springfield-Cape Girardeau, Missouri, by Pope Benedict XVI on January 24th, 2008 and received his Episcopal Concecraton on the following March 31st principally from His Grace, The Most Reverend Raymond Leo Burke, Archbishop of St. Louis We can think of no higher reccommendation, but if that is not enough, Bishop Johnston is also an Eagle Scout and a proud Knight of Columbus. We are looking forward to hearing from this outstanding young bishop.He will be introduced by our own Bishop Robert Hermann.

Dinner choices are Sliced Roast Beef Bordelaise and Chicken Parmesan. These are served with garden salad, appropriate vegetables, dinner roll, beverage and dessert.
