Native St. Louisan and new Auxiliary Bishop of the Archdiocese of St. Louis, was ordained to the priesthood by Archbishop John L. May in 1987. Fr. Rice served as Associate Pastor, Pastor, High School Teacher and Assistant Director of Cardinal Glennon College Seminary. In July of 2008 Pope Benedict XVI appointed him Chaplain to his Holiness with the title of Monsignor. At this same time he was named Director of Vocations of the Archdiocese of St Louis by Archbishop Raymond Burke. On Dec 1st, 2010 Pope Benedict XVI named him Titular Bishop of Sufes and Auxiliary of St. Louis. In the presence of Raymond Leo Cardinal Burke, he was consecrated Bishop on January 13th, 2011 by Archbishop of St. Louis Robert Carlson with co-consecrators Bishop John R. Gaydos of Jefferson City and Bishop Richard F. Stika of Knoxville, both former priests of the Archdiocese of St. Louis.

Both entrees served with Garden Salad, appropriate vegetables, dinner roll, beverage and dessert., members $25; non-members $35 or $55/couple. Parking is free. Take a ticket as you enter at 7777 Bonhomme parking garage. Take the orange level bridge to the hotel. The gate will be open when you leave, no charge.
